Enjoy the walk without the lifting. The Club at Emerald Hills offers a player the option of utilizing a caddie during their round of golf, with the following optional caddie services available.
Carry clubs, locate golf ball, obtain yardages; and help enhance your golf experience.
A forecaddie for each foursome to track errant golf balls and help enhance pace of play.
Book a Caddie
All accommodations for caddies are required to be booked 72 hours prior to the scheduled day of play and are always based on availability. To arrange for a caddie please contact the Pro Shop to make your reservation. No, caddies are independent contractors and the club acknowledges them as such.
What is the suggested gratuity?
Gratuities can vary based on the services provided and the quality of the experience, however it is recommended that a minimum of 20% be adjusted for gratuity.
Do I receive a credit for walking and taking a caddie from my golf fees?
No, the golf fee is applicable to all players regardless of employing a caddie or utilizing a golf car.
How is the payment of the caddie fee paid?
All caddie fees are paid directly through the Pro Shop POS prior to the assignment of a caddie. The Club accepts all major credit cards and cash, however all fees being paid by a credit card will incur a 3% service fee.
How is the gratuity payment to the caddie paid?
It is recommended that all gratuities be paid directly to the caddie by the player(s). In the event a player wishes to have the caddie gratuity billed onto a credit card, the Club will handle the processing of payment to the caddie and an additional 3% service charge fee will apply. Members have the option to place the charge on their house account.
